Dear Dr. Flax and Staff: Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did fixing my smile. Prior to getting my veneers, I was so self conscious of my smile. My sisters constantly teased me about how horrible my teeth looked and urged me to get something done about it. They even made comments about how much better my wedding pictures would look if my gum line was even and I didn't have vampire teeth in the front. They only ordered copies of the pictures where I wasn't smiling. Now, my smile looks great! My sisters can't believe its me. They noticed the dramatic improvement in my smile the moment I walked off the plane for our family reunion. I don't cover my mouth when I laugh and I smile at the camera with greater confidence. At work I feel more focused on my job since I am not as worried about my appearance. It is amazing what a difference these veneers have made in my life. When Tim first mentioned hearing about this new kind of dentist, my first thought was no way. I had not been to see a dentist in over seven years. But, my long time dream of having a pretty straight white smile and Tim's description of your compassion won me over. The night you phoned to personally check on Tim after his visit made me feel i had made the right decision. The first visit was the hardest but you and your staff provided such layers of comfort you made it easy. From Catherine calling you to remind you of your appointment to Shellie rubbing your shoulders to make you forget about the novocaine and Whitney providing a painless cleaning. The special touches like providing a choice of movies or cds, blankets, and heated neck pillows made me feel pampered and very comfortable. Ultimately, your compassion won me over and your dedication to perfection impressed me. Dear Dr. Flax, In the early 1950's, a Mississippi high school football team had not lost a football game in 4 years. However, our team won but I lost two front teeth during that game. The old country dentist put a bridge, with gold showing for my two front teeth. Each time I smiled, for fifty years I was self-conscious and would not really smile. Thanks for your encouragement, your professionalism and care in the work you have done to make my teeth look 100% better. Even though I do not get to associate with all the cheerleaders any more, I have certainly got my share of compliments about my nice teeth. Thanks for changing my smile and attitude.
