Doctor Profile

In addition to being a visiting lecturer at New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Shapiro lectures internationally, teaching dentists new methods in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dentistry. He is one of a small number of members accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and served as President of its New York Chapter. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to authoring many articles and appearing in many consumer publications, he consults with several of the dental industries leading manufacturers in the areas of product development and clinical testing of materials and techniques. Dr. Shapiro is also a team dentist for the New York Rangers.
